A New Jersey native, Susan Shann taught music and performed in clubs and coffeehouses throughout the northeast before moving to Nashville in 2004 to pursue her love of songwriting. In addition to four critically acclaimed albums and extensive airlplay throughout Europe, Australia and the US, she's had several cuts with independent artists, including "You Reap What You Sow" with Mara Levine, which topped folk charts and stayed on Bluegrass Today's "Grassicana" chart for 28 weeks.
